Enjoying all Four Seasons at once

The damask-cotton of some old napkins invited me to painted them (with Golden Open acrylics). Here they are drying on the cloth line.

Next, I hand-stitched each one of them. "Daffodil" to share the joy of spring.

"Rose" to share the joy of summer.

"Dahlia" to share the joy of autumn.

"Orchid" to share the joy of winter.

The organic shapes in the background are free-motion machine-quilted.

And finally, they are framed. Explore two different options: 1 3/4" frame

and a 3" frame in a warmer gold tone.
